Temporary outlet on Calle Gran Vía aims to present ‘cooler, more appealing’ side of the brand to consumers

Apple brand Pink Lady has opened a pop-up store in Madrid, Spain, to celebrate Mother’s Day.
According to the group, the temporary outlet wants consumers to experience a different side of the brand: “cooler, more appealing, and closer to today’s moms, as well as younger generations”.
From 23-27 April, the store will be open in Calle Gran Vía 46, from 10:30am to 9:30pm, and offer tastings, activities, a photo booth, and other “immersive spaces” designed to help people discover Pink Lady in a whole new light.
“Because it’s not just about sharing an apple,” it added. “It’s about sensations, enjoyment, and emotions.”
Pink Lady rolled out a new campaign towards the end of last year, focused on a new marketing message, ‘So crisp, so juicy, so cool’.
This promotions are due to take place in a total of 11 different countries across Europe, with the aim to highlight the apple’s character, flavour, and personality in a market where lots of different brands compete for consumers’ attention.
