Sobeys has reorganised its leadership structure, handing responsibility for its multi-format operations to Jason Potter, who was previous the president of operations of Sobeys' Atlantic region.
Marc Poulin will continue to lead the retailer's IGA operations in Quebec.
Sobeys has also announced the appointment of Francois Vimard to the new role of executive vice-president.
Vimard was previously the Nova Scotia-based company's chief financial officer.
