Since joining Unica, the cooperative has grown by 50 per cent
Copisi has received an award from Unica for being its Cooperative of the Year. Since joining six years ago, the cooperative has grown by 50 per cent in size and volume, and has improved member profitability by 40 per cent.
Unica CEO Enrique de los Ríos praised Copisi’s “collaborative and generous spirit”, as well as the constant contributions of its board members, throughout its time with Unica.
He said the work of its manager, José Antonio Brao, had also been a decisive factor in the positive results achieved. “Copisi’s future at Unica is very promising, with the potential to continue consolidating its growth,” Unica said.
