Supplier rewards long-term staff

Vegetable supplier Produce World has rewarded some of its most long-standing employees with a celebratory lunch and shopping vouchers.

A total of 13 workers who have worked at the company’s Chatteris site for five or 10 years were recognised for their loyalty, which in total equates to 95 years.

As well as certificates commemorating the occasion, they received High Street vouchers.

Site operations director Andrew Holding said: “Businesses are only as good as the people that work for them, and we are delighted to be celebrating nearly 100 years of dedicated service by these colleagues.”
