Salad brand Florette has given its Crispy Salad Bag a pink makeover in support of charities Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel!.

The limited-edition Tickled Pink Crispy Salad Bag is available at Asda until the end of October. For every pack sold, 10 per cent of the sale price will be donated directly to the charities.

In its first year supporting the campaign, Florette raised £8,000 with its pink Duo packs. This year, the company opted for a redesign of the brand’s best-known salad rather than creating a standalone product.

Polly Davies, head of category and marketing at Florette, said: “Our Crispy salad has been a Florette favourite for decades, so giving our pack an iconic pink makeover felt like the perfect way to add colour to the salad aisle while raising awareness of Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel!.

A new influencer campaign has also been launched to further support the initiative, with creators sharing posts to normalise self-checks and spread awareness.

“We’re proud to use a product that helps people make fresh, healthy choices every day to support a cause that matters so much,” Davies continued.

Now two weeks into the launch, the company is confident they will hit this year’s fundraising target.

Davies added: “We hope shoppers will join us in getting behind Tickled Pink, and we’d love to see more brands do the same. By working together and finding creative ways to support important causes, we can spread the word and make a real difference.”
