A Q&A with The Packaging Hippie, Gilad Sadan, headlines the annual packaging & grading feature. Sadan reflects on ten years in the fresh produce packaging space and looks at the trends that will shape the sector going forward as businesses contend with regulation and look for new ways to add value and elevate their brand using packaging.
