But the larger version of the popular citrus fruit has a high juice content (more than 50 per cent) and a high concentration of Vitamin C, at 32 mg/100ml. It is also extremely easy to peel, said Marion Boulris from the Pakistan Consulate.Around three million tonnes of kinow is produced annually in Pakistan, and this figure is still on the rise.
