Avocados From Mexico is tapping into Super Bowl and sports betting hype with the launch of an artificial intelligence experience called the Prediction Pit.

The interactive tool offers real-time football predictions and custom guacamole recipes via a realistic AI avatar modelled after comedian Rob Riggle, who takes on the role of Guac Guru.
The initiative builds on last year’s AI activation that included a partnership with NFL icon Rob Gronkowski. It marks the third consecutive year in which Avocados From Mexico has opted to promote itself digitally at the Super Bowl rather than via a traditional TV advert.
In 2024, Avocados From Mexico unveiled GuacAImole, its AI-powered guacamole recipe generator. The 2025 “Guacline” featured a digitized Gronkowski and served as the precursor to this year’s expanded AI activation.
The Prediction Pit is inspired by research showing that around 88 per cent of Americans use a second screen during their viewing time, and Avocados From Mexico hope it will capture consumers’ attention more effectively than a TV spot.
With research showing that 60 per cent of Americans plan to make guacamole for the Big Game, the Super Bowl has become a lynchpin of Avocados From Mexico’s marketing strategy.
