The three-day event will take place in Noicàttaro on 23- 25 July and showcase the local area and its table grape offer
The fourth edition of Regina di Puglia, the event created to promote Apulia’s table grapes and the region itself, will take place in Noicàttaro on 23-25 July.

The event, organised by the Municipality of Noicàttaro, leader of the “Le Terre dell’Uva” network, and conceived in collaboration with Omnibus Comunicazione, attracts Italian and international buyers and journalists.
This year’s edition will place particular emphasis on the local area. The first day will be dedicated to field visits and tours of production facilities, followed by an evening spent with the local community in the streets of Noicàttaro, enlivened by tasting stalls.
On Friday 24 July, business meetings will take place between Apulian companies, Italian distributors, and foreign importers. This will be followed by a dinner in the vineyard accompanied by performances under the moonlight – one of the highlights of previous editions of the fair.
On the final day, an afternoon-evening programme will feature a conference in the square on the value of the region and sustainability, concluding with a live concert.
“The business meetings held during previous editions have generated great interest among local companies. Furthermore, the media coverage has far exceeded expectations,” the organisers said. “It has involved not only the Italian and international trade press, the tourism and food-and-wine press, major daily newspapers, and the regional press, but also social media. This success is thanks to a high-profile campaign on Facebook and Instagram, which is being repeated this year.”
Given the current international climate, which may also affect the regularity of air travel, this year’s foreign delegates are expected to be mainly European – primarily from Northern Europe and the Netherlands, which is making its debut at Regina di Puglia this year.
Alongside the mayor of Noicàttaro, Raimondo Innamorato, other local dignitaries including the councillors for Agriculture, Vito Fraschini, and for Territorial Marketing, Culture and Sport, Anna Maria De Marzo, will be actively involved in the fair. They are working on the final details in collaboration with the Association of Apulian Fruit and Vegetable Producers and Exporters (Apeo), which already played a significant role in last year’s edition. The Consortium for the Protection of Apulian Table Grapes PGI, is also collaborating on the project.
In previous years, Regina di Puglia has received strong support from the regional government of Puglia, the Bari Chamber of Commerce, and a number of private companies. The list of sponsors will be finalised by mid-June and announced at a press conference alongside the detailed programme of events for the conference on 25 July.
