Der Aufsichtsrat der Bayer AG hat Bill Anderson mit Wirkung zum 1. Juni 2023 zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden von Bayer bestellt. Er wird bereits am 1. April 2023 als Mitglied des Vorstands in das Unternehmen eintreten. Die Wahl erfolgte einstimmig.
