Der Aufsichtsrat der BayWa AG hat die Bestellung von Dr. Frank Hiller zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden (CEO) und von Prof. Dr. Matthias J. Rapp zum Finanzvorstand (CFO) beschlossen. Beide Herren werden zum 1. März 2025 in den Vorstand berufen, so die BayWa AG.
