'Die aktuelle Entwicklung der Corona-Pandemie gibt uns Hoffnung, dass die Krise beherrschbar wird. Höhere Inzidenzzahlen führen glücklicherweise nicht zu einer Überforderung des Gesundheitssystems. Deshalb ist es jetzt Zeit, Perspektiven für die Systemgastronomie in ein ‚new normal‘ zu entwickeln', betonte Andrea Belegante, Hauptgeschäftsführerin Bundesverband der Systemgastronomie e.V. (BdS).
