Die Bio-Fläche in Deutschland ist 2024 kaum noch gewachsen, die Zahl der Betriebe sogar rückläufig. Gleichzeitig haben die Verbraucher in Deutschland fast 6 % mehr Geld für Bio-Produkte ausgegeben.
