Organised by Fresh Produce Journal, this year’s Festival of Fresh is hosted by G’s, one of the world’s leading suppliers of salads and vegetables, at its Barway site in Cambridgeshire.

Now in its fifth year, Festival of Fresh has established a reputation as one of Europe’s most important networking events for the fresh produce business.

This time around, speakers include Defra minister Dame Angela Eagle, Sainsbury’s category director Hannah O’Reilly, M&S senior salads buyer Matt Buckingham, SHP Group CEO David Bateman, and Dole’s MD for wholesale and imports, Andy Clarkson.

The annual event features major keynote interviews and panels on its Inspiration Stage; insightful tours of G’s production, packing and seasonal worker operations; and a wide-ranging expo, featuring major players in production, tech, varietal development, and wholesale.
