From week 50 onwards, the cherries will be sold exclusively through CMR’s European sales network. “This will be complemented in subsequent weeks with other origins and products from the stonefruit family, completing an extensive and varied selection of premium quality,” CMR said.

C&L, a family-owned company that has been growing premium stonefruit for over 50 years.

“C&L’s production adheres to a policy of sustainable practices, including the use of clean energy to reduce the carbon footprint, waste management, the use of advanced irrigation to optimise water resources, and water sanitisation to decrease microbial load,” CMR said.

“All of this is backed by international quality certifications such as Walmart Global Security Operations, Smeta, and BRCGS, allowing them to offer certified premium quality produce with detailed traceability, from the tree to the customer.”
