Zum 17. Juli 2024 hat die Multivac Unternehmensgruppe eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung von 80 % an Italianpack S.p.A. übernommen, einem Hersteller von automatischen und halbautomatischen Verpackungsmaschinen mit Sitz in Como (Italien).
