Thüringen: Champignons, Shiitake und Austernseitlinge wichtigste Pilze

2021 wurden auf einer Produktionsfläche von rund 35.000 m² Speisepilze produziert, teilt das Thüringer Landesamt für Statistik mit. Durch Mehrfachnutzung dieser Flächen wurden auf insgesamt 145.000 m² rund 2.900 t Speisepilze erzeugt.
