Berry company promotes North America marketing chief as it looks to build global brand reputation
Berry marketer has appointed Frances Dillard as its first ever chief communications officer, a newly created position with responsibility for shaping the company’s international reputation.
“I’m stepping into a new global role where narrative, trust, and reputation are the strategy,” Dillard commented on LinkedIn. “In a world shaped by accelerating geopolitical, economic, and reputational complexity, strategic communications is no longer optional – it’s essential.”
Reporting to Driscoll’s CEO Soren Bjorn, Dillard will lead the development and execution of the group’s global communications strategy, overseeing executive visibility, media relations, thought leadership, and reputation management.
“I’ll collaborate across teams and regions to scale our narrative with discipline, clarity, and trust – strengthening our voice and positioning Driscoll’s to continue leading with purpose in over 40 markets across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia,” she added.
Dillard has spent more than 14 years as the company’s vice-president of marketing for North America, where the brand has developed an impressive reputation as the second most-recognised food brand in the US.
