Company announces first phase will see it establish 550ha production centre, strengthening its sourcing capability out of Peru

Vanguard Group International has revealed it plans to establish a large blueberry production site in Pisco province, southern Peru.
It described the move as “a significant milestone” in its continued expansion and diversification strategy.
The farm, which is called Piscu, is located on a site that covers more than 2,000ha.
In its first development phase, the company said it planned to establish production on a 550ha plot.
“This new site represents an important step in Vanguard Group International’s growth, strengthening its production capabilities while reinforcing its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable development,” it said.
