The Oppenheimer Group has announced the recent appointments of business development representatives Michelle Susi, Laura Umans and Kori Gutzwiller. Each will partner with retail, wholesale, and foodservice clients to implement promotional and marketing campaigns for Oppenheimer products.

Michelle Susi joined the company’s Wilmington, Delaware office on 7 July. Her territory includes New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, Missouri, and the District of Columbia. She most recently worked as a commercial sales coordinator at Leisure Fitness.

“I am looking forward to being an integral part of relationship building with some of Oppenheimer’s key clients,” Ms Susi said.

Based in Oppenheimer’s Chicago location, and serving customers in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin, Laura Umans took on the dual role of business development representative and sales coordinator for the Midwest region in early July. She comes to Oppenheimer from sales coordinator positions at The Parking Spot and Avis Budget Group, both located in Chicago, and is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she majored in textile marketing.

Kori Gutzwiller will step into the role of business development representative for the Southwest region on 8 September. Her territory will include Southern California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah. Ms Gutzwiller has been with Oppenheimer for two years, working as an intern and then a sales coordinator in the company’s Los Angeles office, where she will be based in her new position. More recently, she has been filling in as a temporary business development representative for the company’s Pacific Northwest region.

“Because of the diversity of accounts in my new region, the potential for growth is limitless, and I am looking forward to exploring some of those untapped opportunities,” Ms Gutzwiller said.
