US-based pomegranate group Ruby Fresh is set to participate at the upcoming Fruit Logistica in Berlin, as part of the US pavilion.
The group, headquartered in California, will be showcasing a variety of convenience products including single-serve Salad Jewels and the new Ruby Fresh Jewels Pomegranate Aril Cups.
Ruby Fresh Salad Jewels are a savoury combination of popular salad toppings paired with fresh pomegranate arils, coming in three varieties: Sparkling Spring Mix (chopped walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese, pomegranate arils), Brilliant Southern Blend (chopped pecans, crumbled bacon, pomegranate arils), and Gleaming Mediterranean Medley (sliced almonds, feta cheese, pomegranate arils).
“We are thrilled to showcase our product internationally, and on such a large scale and at a terrific venue,” said David Anthony, domestic sales for Ruby Fresh. “Fruit Logistica will be an amazing experience that will allow us to engage and receive first-hand feedback from the international market.”
