Terra Exports, the LAs Vegas-based global fresh produce group, has announced the addition of Michael Burbank to their leadership team as the US West Coast director of sales.
As a continued part of their customer-centric focus, Terra created the role to benefit their customer base who now have a dedicated US west coast fruit expert at their service.
Burbank manages US West coast grapes, apples, stonefruit, citrus, and cherries, while visiting supply partners in person to oversee and guarantee clients are receiving the highest quality fruit shipments.
“In my last position, I worked in this same industry for a well regarded trading firm,' said Burbank. 'I managed many of the commodities from the US West coast, to both Asia and the Middle East. I have an undying passion for the agriculture industry having grown up on a vineyard with my family. I spent time serving in the US Army and after my service, working for a private security contractor in Afghanistan. These experiences have prepared me for this crucial role with Terra Exports to further move the company towards their growth goals.”
