Chinese e-commerce group Jialebao.cc has acquired the Chinese e-tailer Yummy77following the announcement that Yummy77 had closed due to financial difficulties.
Jialebao made the announcement in May, stating that is was a strategic decision for the group, according to Domain.cn.
Jialebao said acquiring Yummy77 would offer the group an online grocery sector along with established cold chain logistics, storage and experience in global procurement.
Domain.cn has reported that Jialebao will re-start Yummy77 in mid-June, and is negotiating with suppliers over any delayed payments.
