Surexport has carried out an internal restructuring by absorbing three companies within the group – Berries de Doñana Biorganic, Blue Line Berries and Flor de Doñana – with the aim of strengthening its position in the organic fruit market and further consolidating its flagship brand, Doñarosa.

The operation was executed without the need for a capital increase or amendment to the articles of association, as the companies were wholly owned by the group.

“This integration responds to the growing demand for organic berries in international markets and will allow the company to expedite the incorporation of new varieties within a unified structure,” Surexport said. “In this context, the role of Flor de Doñana stands out, specialising in organic farming in the area surrounding Doñana National Park, a region with particularly favourable conditions for berry production.”

The acquired companies will continue operating under their current brands on a temporary basis, although the goal is their gradual integration under the name Doñarosa by Surexport, consolidating a centralised commercial strategy that strengthens the group’s market presence.

Founded in 1994, Surexport’s berry production spans Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Morocco, and Kenya. According to its latest results, the company achieved a turnover of €224mn in 2024, representing a 12.8 per cent increase on the previous year. It also saw a notable rise in profit and workforce, consolidating its trajectory of sustained growth.
