BLE/BZL: Anbau von Gemüse in Deutschland 2022 rückläufig

In Deutschland wurde 2022 auf etwa 126.000 ha Gemüse angebaut – das ist gegenüber dem Vorjahr ein Rückgang von rund 4 %. Auf mehr als der Hälfte dieser Fläche wuchsen Spargel, Zwiebeln, Salate und Möhren, so die Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung.
