Champignonernte 2024 um 2,7 Prozent gesunken

​Im Jahr 2024 wurden in Deutschland 75.700 t Champignons geerntet. Wie das Statistische Bundesamt (Destatis) mitteilt, waren das 2,7 % weniger als im Vorjahr, aber 5,7 % mehr als im zehnjährigen Durchschnitt von 2014 bis 2023.
