Frankreich: Plus 8 Prozent bei Blumenkohlernte, Preise unter Vorjahr

Das französische Ministerium für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung hat Zahlen zur aktuellen Blumenkohl-Kampagne veröffentlicht. Derzeit rechne man für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2022/2023 mit 227.000 t, was einem Anstieg von 8 % gegenüber dem Vorjahr entspricht.
