Frankreich: Staatsrat hebt Kunststoff-Verbot bei O+G-Verpackungen auf

Nachdem in Frankreich am 1. Januar 2022 das Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz (Loi AGEC) in Kraft getreten war, das Kunststoffverpackungen für rund 30 Obst- und Gemüsesorten in Gebinden unter 1,5 kg verbot, hat der französische Staatsrat (Conseil d'État) am 9. Dezember diese Verordnung nun aufgehoben.
