Der neue Aufsichtsratschef der BayWa AG heißt Prof. Klaus Josef Lutz. Der 65-Jährige löst Manfred Nüssel ab, der mehr als 20 Jahre lang an der Spitze des Kontrollgremiums gestanden und sich auf eigenen Wunsch nicht mehr zur Wahl für die neue Amtsperiode gestellt hat, so BayWa.
