Greek companies appear to be showing an increasing interest in the Ukrainian market, as eight companies sign up for Fresh Produce Ukraine 2012.
In May, the organisers of the event, which is due to be held in Kiev at the end of November, signed an exclusive co-operation agreement with Greekfruits.eu.
As part of the deal, the site will be the exclusive representative for the Greek market at Fresh Produce Ukraine.
According to the organisers, Greek companies currently attending are Agricultural Cooperative Aliakmon, Agricultural Cooperative ASEPOP Naoussa, Agricultural Cooperative Episkopi, Agricultural Cooperative Meliki, Agricultural Cooperative Messi, Agricultural Cooperative Velventos Dimitra, ALMME (Association of Agricultural Cooperatives) and Fresh Farm Salads & Fruit.
