The new board of Unaproa, the Italian union of fresh fruit and vegetable producer organisations, has confirmed the appointment of Mario Alberto Levi as its new president.
Meanwhile, Roberto Cera of Apo Conerpo, Ambrogio De Ponti of AOP Unolombardia and Antonio Schiavelli of Sibarit have been named as the organisation's new vice-presidents.
The new board was elected on 16 December by an assembly of the union's membership.
Unaproa brings together a total of 158 producer organisations operating in the Italian fresh produce sector.
