The build-up has begun ahead of the fifth British Leafy Salads Association Conference, which takes place in Peterborough, UK, on 24 November this year.
Held at the East of England Showground, the event is organised by the British Leafy Salads Association Ltd, which represents indoor and outdoor leafy salad growers across the country.
Sponsored by Netherlands-based seed company Rijk Zwaan, the conference brings together a broad range of speakers to discuss the current marketing and technical issues affecting the leafy salad industry.
Delegates are expected to range from growers and marketing specialists to technical personnel and produce buyers, with a trade exhibition running alongside the conference.
