Schuitema, operator of the Dutch supermarket chain C1000, has announced the resignation of its chief executive officer Bert Roetert following the completion of the company's sale to CVC Capital Partners.
The retailer, in which Royal Ahold was previously the majority shareholder, said it expects to fill the position in the short-term by appointing an interim CEO.
