Insgesamt lag der Selbstversorgungsgrad in Deutschland bei Nahrungsmitteln in den vergangenen Jahren im Durchschnitt bei gut 80 %, teilt die Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung (BLE) mit.
