UK retailer Tesco has reported an 11.8 per cent profit rise for 2007 to €3.56bn, with group sales up 11 per cent to €64.8bn.
Like-for-like sales increased by 3.5 per cent for the same period, with UK sales rising by 4 per cent and international sales jumping 25.3 per cent.
