Key Technology, the international process automation technology designer and manufacturer for the fresh cut fruit and vegetable industry, has announced that it has handed the role of area sales manager in France to Patrick Marmet.
In his new role, Mr Marmet is responsible for bringing the group's automated inspection and sorting systems, specialised conveying, and processing equipment to customers throughout the country that process and package food products including fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts and snack foods.
'Patrick is a strong addition to the Key Technology team,' said Andreas Hofman, sales director of Europe, Middle East and Africa for the group. 'With several years of experience selling high quality equipment to food processing companies in France, he already knows many of Key's customers.
'Patrick's strong customer service philosophy, which complements that of the company, together with his technical skills, make him a valuable resource for customers and a terrific asset for our organisation,' he added.
'Key Technology is a respected market leader known for innovative desugn, quality engineering and excellent customer support,' said Mr Marmet, who is now based near Lyon. 'I am excited to have the opportunity to help customers in France use Key's process automation systems to enhance their product quality while improving their plant efficiencies.'
