BZL: Pro-Kopf-Verbrauch von Kartoffeln erstmals wieder über 60 Kilogramm

Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2023/ 24 standen knapp sieben Millionen Tonnen Kartoffeln für die Verwendung im Inland zur Verfügung. Davon wurden rund 76 % als Nahrungsmittel verbraucht: Pro Person lag dieser bei 63,5 kg (2022/ 23: 55,7 kg).
