Bereits vergangenen Mai hatte das französische Ministerium für Landwirtschaft und Ernährungssouveränität die Unterstützung der Biobranche beschlossen: Nach einer Notfallhilfe von 10 Mio Euro sollten weitere 60 Mio Euro zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
